Hi guys! I have been living in NYC for a little over a year. I currently have two roommates that I dont really get alone with and will be moving out when our lease is up in the summer.

I am looking for a roommate who loves to do things whether it is happy hour on a week day to brunch and bar hopping on the weekends. Do not get me wrong I love my netflix nights but also want someone to hang out with.

I am open to living on the Upper East Side, Murray Hill, or Union Square areas. I think that those are the best in terms of price and fun.

I do need a doorman building and am willing to pay more for it. I just think its safer and also we can get packages even if we arent home (trust me it makes a huge difference)
