Hey, I'm relocating to NYC for a new job in the technology sector, flexible move-in dates between May and August (earlier is preferable).

I'm an easy going guy. I like listening/making music, exercising (volleyball and calisthenics), cooking/finding great food, photography, sports, parties, games, tech. Basically, most typical millenial interests. I do enjoy reading, art, fashion, and film. I'm an introvert at heart and I do need my space and quiet at night but I've got no problems socializing and having fun either.

I'm a pretty clean person so I'd like a to have roommate who is clean as well. I'm not going to freak out over the occasional misplaced thing, but general cleanliness and hygiene is a must. Hopefully you share some the same hobbies/interests as me, but generally speaking, I'm looking for someone chill and respectful. I'm a pretty open and straightforward guy so if you have any issues I'm more than happy to listen and change to not bother you. Communication is key!

I'm down to host the occasional party/gathering. I do drink. I'm down to hang out and chill or just split a place for the sake of saving on rent.
