I'm looking for a room starting June 1st (ideally). I tend to be on the cleaner side, nothing crazy but definitely do my part. Also cool with chipping in for a cleaning service at a reasonable rate. I meal prep and/or cook during the week. Weekends are mainly takeout or going out. I do work from home during the evenings about 2x per week. I'm social on weekends and don't tend to spend a lot of time in the apartment.
