I'm a 29 year old resident physician working in the Kips Bay/Murray Hill area. I'm looking for someone to split a two bedroom apartment with me for twelve months with a move in date of March 01 2023

Overall I'm a fairly laid back dude. Outside of work I like to go to the gym, go out with friends or just stay in and relax. It would be nice to keep the place clean and livable but I'm not a neat freak.

Seeing that I am a physician I will sometimes have irregular hours and will need to get up early and work overnight.

I'm looking for apartments predominantly in the East Village/ Gramercy Park/Union Square/ Flatiron/ Chelsea, Downtown BK, Williamsburg areas due to a combination of factors that include transit access, proximity to work, neighborhood vibes and nightlife options. As a resident trying to make my finances work for me in the city, $2500 is my upper limit and I would be happy with anything below that as long as its a comfortable and trouble-free apartment.
