Stefan Q - $2,500/month

Hi, my name is Stefan, I’m originally from Aix-les-Bains in the French Alps and moved to New York in the fall of 2021 after 6 years in San Francisco. I currently live in a 1 bedroom in Chelsea but I quite dislike living by myself so here we are. I’m looking to stay downtown, around Greenwich would be cool, laundry in building is ideal.

I’ve lived with 1 to 5 roommates, women only, men only, a mix of both, this time around I’m probably looking at 1 or 2, maybe 3. I’m easy going, clean and orderly, mindful of noise and others' spaces. I enjoy time by myself but also a good house dynamic so if we become friends all the better.

On a day to day basis, I work remotely as a Product Designer, I've been doing half days at a coworking space lately. I usually go to the gym before work and work 9-6PM.

In my spare time, I like cycling/running (and sports in general), explore the city, bake on occasion, see friends. I’m loving New York so I enjoy going out (comedy, concert/jazz, bar, …) and like a good party.
