Hey there! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a bedroom & private bathroom in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in East Harlem for $2,000/month. The room comfortably fits a queen sized bed and desk. The building is a few minutes from the 125th stop on the 4,5, 6 trains and a 15 minute walk from the 2 & 3 trains. Looking to move someone to take over around March 1st and the lease ends July 31st.
Apartment has:
- Laundry in unit
- AC in unit
- Private terrace
- 24/7 doorman
- Gym
- Grocery store underneath
- Rooftop patio with view of midtown
The living room and kitchen would come furnished and I’d be happy to sell my bed or desk to make the transition easier! The current roommate is a male in his mid 20’s. He is a young professional but outside of work loves football and salsa dancing! He’s super clean & respectful plus knows the area well.

Subleasing private room and bath in spacious luxury building
The unit is a huge two bed two bath in a luxury complex in Harlem with one roommate - I'm looking for someone to take over my end of lease.
The apartment is about 1350 ft2 with washer, dryer, and dishwasher all in the unit. There are also individual ac units in each room. There is a huge private patio too which would be perfect for having friends over.
For New York I think it would be hard to find a larger place this nice, new, and affordable.
The building itself is a super new. You’ll have a 24/7 doorman, elevators, amenities included in the rent (gym, rooftop, patio, lounge with a pool table and games, etc). It is right next to125th stop on the 4,5, & 6 trains and you can walk to the 2 & 3 trains in less than 15 minutes. There is a brand new grocery store located right under the apartment.
And if you wanted to stay longer its rent stabilized too!
The rent would be $2000 a month and the lease officially ends August 1st.
