This is a two bedroom/two bath with bedrooms/bathrooms on opposite sides of the apartment. Large living/kitchen common space. Available starting Feb. 15 and looking for someone to move in by March 1st.

Bedroom is partially furnished with a bed - but can be moved out if preferred. Large closet. Additional closet space in the common area. Hardwood floors and lots of sunlight. Washer/dryer in the unit. The living area is mostly furnished so not ideal for someone wanting to bring in living room furniture.

Apartment is a total of 1300 square feet. Elevator building. Located downtown Broadway/Bellingham Square area of Chelsea. Located directly across from the bus stop (116, 117, 112, 111) and a ten min walk to the Silver Line.

You may have to do a credit check but the lease is in my name. Garage parking spot may be available ($150 month). I have a 12 year old spoiled Pomeranian so another pet may be an issue - but open to discussion. I am female and - this is a fairly low-key environment. I am a professional and still primarily WFH.
