Gretchen M - $1,700/month

Hey hey I'm Gretchen! I'm graduating in May from UNC and am moving to NYC for a job in clinical research that starts in June. My max budget is about $1700. I'll be new to living in the city so I'm not 100% set on any particular neighborhood, but I'm leaning towards somewhere in lower manhattan.

I'll be working full time and primarily on-site, but will probably work from home from time to time. I don't have any pets, but I'd really like to get a small dog or cat a few months after I move. In my free time, I love to work out, cook, read, and watch trashy reality tv! I'm really excited to explore all that the city has to offer and I'd love a buddy to do that with :)
