Kim C - $1,800/month

Hey, I'm Kim! I'm 23, went to college in the city, moved to LA, and now am moving back! I'm originally from NJ so I'm super excited to be close to family again. My max budget is $1,800. I really love lower manhattan, but am open to other neighborhoods. Ideally I'd like to find a place with lots of natural Iight!

I work full time for a Media Agency and will most likely be WFH most days. I'm clean, love to cook, read, workout, explore, travel, and have fun. On the weekends I like to go out with friends, but also love movie nights and staying in. I often need to re-charge my batteries, so I do value having my own space.
