Forrest L - $1,800/month

Hi! I am looking to take over a lease (ideally 12 months) for a room starting July 1st! I would ideally like to live in Brooklyn (Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bedstuy, Bushwick) or Queens (LIC, Sunnyside, Woodside), but am flexible! My max budget is $1800. I am also looking at a few listings, and would be interested in having a roommate to look for a place! A few things about me:
- 24m, queer
- I work from home for a startup
- Am clean, quiet, and respectful — will either be in my room or out, but would love to make friends with the roomies!
- enjoy going to the gym, taking dance classes, writing and reading, and exploring the city with friends/new people!
