Hi! I am looking to take over a lease (ideally 12 months) for a room starting July 1st! I would ideally like to live in Brooklyn (Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bedstuy, Bushwick) or Queens (LIC, Sunnyside, Woodside), but am flexible! My max budget is $1800.
