Have lived in Manhattan the last 2 years, looking to move to a different area. Big sports fan (Mets, Panthers, Hornets, all things Clemson), like to be active (run, workout, pickup basketball, golf), watch shows/movies, read, do cool random things around New York, and go out some weekends.

Easy going, not a neat freak but want to keep things clean outside of rare exceptions. No issues having people over for pregames or having friends crash on a couch occasionally as long as things aren’t totally out of hand.

In the office 3-4 days a week. Will cook majority of meals at home and meal prep lunches, but in the habit of doing dishes immediately after use.
