$1850/mo Chelsea/Flatiron Roommates Needed March 2024
Hello!
We have1 room available in our 4bd apt.
The entire place is 4bd 2ba, and about 2,000sqft. So far still the biggest apartment I’ve personally entered in NYC. It’s been amazing. The reason it’s so cheap is because it was rent-controlled during COVID and since we haven’t ended the lease, they can’t go back up to the pre-COVID price. Normally it’s like $12,000/mo. This is a crazy deal to be honest.
Washer/dryer in-unit is phenomenal. Elevator goes directly into our unit (the ladies absolutely love that).
The living room is massive with a huge TV. It’s just the best apartment ever. The only drawback is no windows in the main room, but, in terms of NYC sacrifices it’s not been that Annoying. Let me know if you want to come see it. Need someone ASAP
