We've a one bedroom available in our 3 bed/2 bath corner unit located on a high floor in a full service luxury building and it has one of the best rooftop in the financial district.

The room is the real full bedroom with one side full of windows with the awesome view of Brooklyn bridge & East river, empire state / midtown. The unit features hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large closet.

We've enough dishes and silverware. One roommate never cooks because of his work. We've enough spices to cook mostly anything. Or you can pour pepper and salt in your water like you did when you were a child :)

The Building
Two doormen at all times! The doormen are all really polite.Elevators are SUPER FAST. It takes 25 seconds to get to our floor. There's 7 elevators. SEVEN. Compared with other luxury buildings that only have 2-3 elevators and take the same 60 seconds to get to the same floor. This may seem trivial but it adds up, especially when you're late to work. Laundry, Gym, and Lounge with huge TV and cable, pool table in the building. They also just renovated the entire building. New paint, carpet, wallpaper, gym equipment, and laundry machines. Valet dry cleaning, right outside the elevator bank with reasonable prices. The huge rooftop has a great view--the best of any building I've seen in NYC.

Subways

BASICALLY EVERYTHING. A,C,2,3,J,Z are 4 minutes walking 4,5 trains are 6 minutes walking and the 6 train is 7 minutes walking. M15 goes up to EV and LES. Get to Brooklyn or Midtown so quick.

Roommates:
My other roommate works in Construction Company in FiDi itself. We do have busy schedule during the work week and have active social lives. We are respectful, neat and like to keep the apartment that way as well.
