I'm moving back home to New York after 25 years in San Francisco and am looking to share a space in Manhattan or Brooklyn.

I've mastered the art of living with roommates and am a very respectful housemate, who's very clean and considerate, and believe that open communication is key to a harmonious living environment.

I'm open to joining you in your available situation, or I'm interested in securing a 2 bedroom place and moving in on equal terms with someone who's also looking for a roommate situation. I'd be ready to move in this fall, and if that time frame works for you as well, perhaps we can begin a dialogue and see what's possible. I can share social/LinkedIn links once we establish communication and I'm also flexible on the exact move-in dates from early fall through winter.
