Will F - $1,700/month

I'm a 28-year-old journalist. I grew up and went to college in California but I've been in NYC since 2021. I'm pretty easygoing as a roommate, especially since I work from home and tend to have lots of time to clean. I have a cat named Milo (although I'm actually a dog person — it's a long story lol). My lease is up in Bushwick at the end of September and I'm looking to move at that time or a little before. Hoping to find another place in Bushwick, but also open to Greenpoint, Williamsburg or Astoria.
