I’m an easygoing, 26 year old looking for a roomie on the UWS. Pretty type B and easy to get along with. Ideally looking for a roomie who’s also a friend because that just more fun.

Not particularly obtrusive when at home and ideally looking for someone similar. Depending on the day, I’m either out from early morning to late evening or studying/working from home. I work per-diem in surgery and currently studying for the MCAT.

I consider myself a clean person, but not always the tidiest (but def not dirty… ew). So I expect an overall clean space, but won’t be bothered if something is left out or things aren’t super neat or whatever. That being said, I also hope to have good communication so that we can share if something bothers and resolve it without it being a big deal.

I tend to treat my home as my “me” space meaning that I rarely have people over, but not opposed to you having people over. Ideally we can be friends, but def shouldn’t be something that forced and all is good as long as we’re respectful of each other. During the week, I’m usually either at work or at home. On the weekends, I’m usually either studying, playing tennis, or just hanging with friends.
