Matt M C - $2,500/month

Hey all!

My roommate Jackson and I (both mid-20s) are looking for one or two more people to get a 3 or 4 bedroom in Williamsburg. We haven’t locked anything down yet, so we’re also open to joining an apartment that has two rooms opening up. Ideally somewhere with lots of natural light, a decent-sized common space for having friends over, laundry in unit or in the building, and easy access to the train.

Budget: ~$2,500/month each
Move-in: ASAP / end of

Matt: Moving back from SF for a new finance job, but I went to NYU so I’m not new here. Training for a marathon and generally trying to stay active (running, hiking, climbing, skiing, etc.). Otherwise I’m usually out with friends or my boyfriend, cooking, or doing needlepoint. I’m hybrid, so I’ll be working from home a few days a week.

Jackson: I work remotely for a soil science company and run a conference on sustainable farming. I climb and teach boxing in Williamsburg, and otherwise I’m hanging with friends and my girlfriend, exploring new places, or going out. I like my space clean and I’m down for anything.

We’re hoping to find cool people we’d actually want to hang out with, and to make the apartment a nice place to come home to.
