Looking for 1–2 roommates for a 3–4BR in Williamsburg, move-in ASAP / end of October

Hey all! My roommate Jackson
and I (mid-20s) are looking for one or two more people to get a 3 or 4 bedroom in Williamsburg. We haven't locked anything down yet, so we're also open to joining an apartment that has two rooms opening up. Looking for apartments with lots of natural light, decent sized commons spaces to host friends, laundry in unit / building with easy access to the trains

Budget: ~$2,500/month each

Move-in: ASAP / end of October

Matt: Moving back from SF for a new finance job, but I went to NYU so I'm not new here. Training for a marathon, and generally trying to stay active (running, hiking, climbing, skiing, etc.). Otherwise I'm usually out with friends, my boyfriend, cooking, or doing needlepoint. Have a hybrid job and will be working remotely a few days a week.

Jackson: Also went to NYU, I run a conference on sustainable farming, work for a soil science company, climb, and teach boxing in Williamsburg. I'm very active and work remotely, enjoy hanging with friends & girlfriend, exploring new places, going out etc. I love my space clean and I'm pretty down for anything.

We're hoping to find cool people we'd actually want to hang out with, and to make the apartment a nice place to come home to.
