John and I are friends from school who have been living together for the last 2 years. We are looking for a third roommate to replace someone moving out for school. The apartment is a great deal with a nice rooms, a large living and kitchen, and tons of light.
We like keeping a clean space and are looking to for a roommate who is open to getting to being friends and getting to know one another. We both have pretty busy jobs and like to make the most of our weekends -- trips, hiking, skiing, seeing friends.
The lease starts in September and the cost per person is ~$1650 a month including utilities.

My roommate John and I are looking to fill an empty bedroom in our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Bay Village.
We have lived here for 2 years and think it is a great place. Large living room and kitchen, bay windows, lots of light, spacious rooms. The locations is ideal as well - close to green and orange lines and a walking distance to most things. Our third roommate is moving out for school, so the place is furnished except the bedroom.
We keep a generally tidy and organized apartment and are looking for a roommate who does the same and is open to being friendly.
