Hi! I’m a 25-year-old gay working professional in NYC looking for a roommate for my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Woodside/Sunnyside. My current roommate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take over his room.

Rent is $2,200/month, and I really think the apartment is a hidden gem for the price. It took quite a few tours to find a place with this combination of space, amenities, and location. The 7 train is nearby and it’s about a 25-minute commute to Grand Central. The building has in-unit laundry, a gym, doorman, package room, elevators, and security cameras, with groceries, restaurants, and everything else you need close by.

I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing. I’m social and happy to hang out, but I also value having our own space and keeping home comfortable and peaceful. I’m looking for someone considerate and LGBTQ+ friendly. I’m happy to arrange either a virtual or in-person tour so you can see the apartment for yourself before signing a lease!
