Hi! My name's Tim, I'm a Notre Dame graduate looking for a place in Manhattan since I'll be working in New York at the start of October. I like rock climbing, playing video games, listening to music, and watching college football and Formula 1! I wouldn't call myself a clean freak but I like to keep my spaces organized and I don't make a mess. I like cooking and would expect to be cooking a lot, and I'm happy to split chores. I will be at work from 9-5, and I usually sleep from 12-8am on weekdays and 1-9am on weekends.

A couple things you should know about me:
- Cats are an automatic no, they're very cute but I'm extremely allergic :( but I love dogs!
- October 1st will be my first day in NYC, so I will not be able to tour any apartments until then
