My name is Matthew and I am a recent grad from Johns Hopkins University (2020). I am a software engineer for Amazon. My hobbies include playing soccer, running, playing beer die/beer pong, playing video games like smash or Mario kart, playing Catan or poker and going out and meeting new people. My friends Maclane (UVA 2023 grad working at AlphaSights), Devon (ASU grad working as a recruiter at Glocom) and I are looking for 1 person to takeover a room in our cool 4 bedroom place in Seaport (FiDi Manhattan). The place has a huge living room which is great for hanging out and entertaining company. We are looking for someone who is around our age (25, 25, 22) and likes to go out and have people over for the occasional party/pre-game or go to Brooklyn Mirage for a concert but are also down to chill and have a board game night now and again. We are hoping to find someone with a November move in date (but we are flexible for the right person) the room would be $1650 a month and you would have the option to re-sign in July. Hey everyone! Matthew, Devon, and Maclane here. We're three early-mid 20s (25,25,22) guys looking for a fourth roommate to join us in our 4 bed, 1.5 bath apartment in FiDi, NYC. Our old roommate unfortunately has to move out due to personal reasons and we are looking for someone to take over his room sometime in November (earlier the better). The room’s rent will be $1650.
Our place has a lot to offer, including a spacious living room and kitchen for entertaining, plenty of storage space, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The building has a shared roof which is great for relaxing on a nice sunny day. Plus, our location is top-notch - we're in the heart of The Seaport and very close to the subway and some great restaurants.
