Hello,

I am originally from Boston and a lot of my network is there. I travel a lot so I don't see myself in the place that often, but I have some biotech projects coming that will require me to be in Manhattan a bit more. I also have wanted to live in Manhattan for a bit. I am very friendly and love people, but I also can read the room and know when someone wants to interact or not. It would be great to make some new friends in Manhattan. Ultimately if I love I will look to get my own apartment, but want to do a few months with a roommate as it is efficient. I think you will find that I am not home often because I travel a lot and also would rather be out and about. I do workout often and spent a lot of time at the gym. I used to teach yoga for Equinox and may even try that again if there is time. I own several properties across the US that I use off and on so I often travel to those places as well to check in on them. I tend to eat out when I am in Boston so I expect that will be the case in Manhattan as well.
