Hi! I'm 32 and used to live in NYC (originally from the midwest). I've been living abroad for the past 7 years but have got a new job now and am coming back! I'm looking for a place with a roommate that is respectful and clean but also normal and easy going.

I've also got a golden retriever if you like dogs! He is a lot of fun and a great roommate. I'll likely be in the office 3-4 days / week (can be flexible if you don't want someone wfh), and my dog would spend his days with me at the office, or at doggy daycare so he wouldn't be in your way and will be well looked after. I'd also be happy to pay for weekly or bi-weekly cleaning for the apt or pay a bit of extra rent if that's helpful.
