I am a 31 year old gal who moved into my current one-bedroom in Greenpoint in 2020. I love my place, but my rent has been raised an ungodly amount over the last three years, so I'm exploring potential roommate situations.

I work as a research consultant in geopolitics, and I work from home around 3 days a week at the moment (although I may go into the office more if needed). I am super fun (self-proclaimed), but I love solitude and would like to have a situation where I can freely do my own thing without feeling mean (I don't mind loud music or having people over or anything, as long as I can retreat as necessary). I love movies, live music, running, and travel, and I work at a local pub around once I week.

I am super clean and would do well with people who like to keep the common area clean, but (I think) I'm pretty reasonable and get down with anyone who is direct and respectful.
