Lucas L - $2,000/month

Currently living in NYC and am looking to move once my lease ends in June, but can also make July/August of mid-May work. Prefer to move to East Village or Lower East Side, but am open to most neighborhoods in lower Manhattan. I work at a small investment bank, so the hours aren't bad but I am in-office three days a week. During the week, I enjoy working out and reading or watching Netflix. On the weekends I like to get out and Citi bike, walk around SoHo, and try new restaurants. Usually go out on the weekends but am happy to have a night in once in a while.
