I am moving to NYC from Boston and will be working in the Midtown area. I’m graduating from Boston College in May and looking to sign for June 1.For time that I am home, I am down to hangout and do just about whatever but can also respect wanting space and privacy. Cleanliness is one of my only musts and prefer to be in a clean space. Also, there is a bit of flexibility with budget but would prefer to stay under $1800 if possible.
