Hi,

FOUND ROOMMATES AND A PLACE, NO LONGER LOOKING.

I plan to move into the area around Stuytown, Peter Cooper Village, East Village, Gramercy Park, or Kips Bay in May/June 2022 (Flexible). I'm also open to Greenwich or West Village.

I'm fully vaccinated and am looking for two fully vaccinated, COVID cautious roommates who would be down to hang out, can keep a clean apartment, and wouldn't mind if I watched almost every Knicks game on TV haha.

I’m cool with having people over and hanging out together, but I also respect and value that we all need some alone time. I want roommates who will take out the trash, and clean up after themselves on a regular basis. Of course, I’ll do the same.

As of now, I work from home and commuting is optional, depending on the COVID situation. I'm looking for people who respect each other's space, meetings, and work calls.

My favorite teams-Knicks, Yankees, Barcelona, Anybody on my Fantasy Football Team.
I like to play pick-up basketball, FIFA, run and work out. I'm a big music fan, especially hip-hop, and I like going to concerts and listening to records. I also like comedy (IASIP, Curb, Stand-Up). I'm definitely a foodie and enjoy finding the best places to eat.

I'm excited to explore local spots and to get to know the neighborhood. I'm looking for roommates who are up to do the same.
