Have moved into an apartment on 340 Evergreen, Bushwick, Brooklyn. Amazing building with incredible rooftop views, laundry, gym, yoga room etc. in building.
Currently living with one other roommate (he's cool) and the largest bedroom in the apartment (231 square feet) is currently available for approximately $1750. We're looking for someone to move in as soon as you can, and the lease is until the end of July 2023.
We both work full time but enjoy going out as well as chilling in the apartment. Would hope for someone who would also like to socialise but it's very relaxed so no problems at all if you just want to chill on your own.

Lovely building with stellar rooftop (amazing view, couches, grills), gym, yoga room etc. Loads of restaurants, bars and clubs nearby.
J train goes straight into Manhattan and is express in the mornings.
Apartment is spacious and for 3 people. You would be sharing a large bathroom with myself.
We're not neat freaks but like to keep the common areas tidy for everyone's sake.
