Eddy P - $1,400/month

I recently moved back to Brooklyn in February for job interviews after being based out the country this past fall. I will be working as a Community Engagement Specialist with the NYC Dept of Health and Mental Hygiene. I am still waiting for my paperwork to be approved so I can receive a starting date. I moved to NYC in 2014 for grad school. I lived in Crown Heights while attending The New School in the Chelsea area.

More about me:

1. I'm a homebody in the winter and outgoing in the warmer seasons.

2. I watch soccer religiously , so you will hear the TV in the morning on Weekends.

3. Huge Anime fanatic(FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is the GOAT)

4. I want to move in by August 1st(July 1st may be too soon but I would be open to it depending on the apt)

Type of Roommate I am looking for:

1. Clean, please even if you don't care how your room looks, I would appreciate if you cared about the mess you make in the shared spaces.

2. Is considerate of loud noises when your roommate goes to bed and vice versa.

3. I am not sure If I am open to pets yet because I've had some bad experiences with previous roommates.

4. Gives a heads up when friends and or family will be visiting or crashing for a few days. I have a girlfriend so once it's safe to travel she will be visiting frequently.

5. Doesn't leave dirty dishes out for more than 2-3 days. I'm slow to wash my dishes as well but please have self-awareness and be considerate.

6. Would prefer someone who has a steady income. But as long as you can pay rent and utilities every month, that's all that matters.
