Hi! I work in Union Square and am starting part-time grad school at NYU in Fall 2020. I'm looking to save money and move out of a 1 bedroom in the Upper West Side (lease ends by July 1st), interested in finding a roommate (or two, or more) to share an apartment with! I have my own furniture that I'd like to keep to furnish the shared space with (couch, TV/TV stand, kitchen cart, coffee table, kitchen table, etc.), so I just need some roommate(s) to find and fill out an apartment!

I'm a mellow roommate who's happy as long as the place is kept clean and people are respectful of each other's items, spaces, schedules, and needs. Ideally I'd like to find people who're interested in socializing during free time! Friend-roommates are the best kind of roommates. I'm happy to live with men or women, and I'm alcohol & 420 friendly. Unfortunately, though, I'm allergic to cats and shedding dogs :( I'm looking to stay in Manhattan, if possible, but would be open to other options if easily accessible from Union Square/NYU.
