Spent some time on the West Coast, it was ok, been back since 2017 in Harlem. Very explicitly black :-) only looking for other black roommates. 4/20 friendly. LGBT friendly. Love cats. Can deal with well behaved dogs.

I read a lot and prefer a relatively quiet living space, but do enjoy a turn up every once in a while and play music pretty regularly. Most importantly, I keep my space well-organized and VERY Clean. No dishes in the sink over night. Regular sweeping and dusting (when not depressed). Toilet/bathroom should stay in the kind of shape where surprise guests can use it without an emergency cleaning. No old food in the fridge. No smelly trash. Very much into the aesthetics of my living space; I grow houseplants and dabble in/with home decor.

Looking for a roommate, not a best friend, but I 100% believe in being friendly. Prefer something more than the typical cold//cordial thing roommates do, but can absolutely accept that. Considering Harlem but would really love to find a gem in Clinton Hill or other parts of Bed Stuy.
