Available this summer! 2 bedrooms in a 3 bed/2bath apartment in Ridgewood, Queens. The apartment is close to Bushwick hotspots, but in a quiet neighborhood.
About the space: Both rooms will fit a queen-size bed plus furniture and have a large closet. The apartment is a 2nd floor walk-up with central A/C, hardwood floors, dishwasher, built-in microwave, furnished rooftop deck with views of Manhattan skyline, small backyard, laundry in building, steps to the M at Seneca Ave, 8 min walk to the L & M at Myrtle Wyckoff Avenues, and 10 min walk to the L at DeKalb Ave. Pet friendly!
Larger bedroom, available June 1st for $1175/month plus utilities, has private bathroom, large closet, and fits queen size bed and furniture.
Smaller bedroom, available July 1st for $885/month plus utilities, shares common bathroom with current roommate (who is generally not in the apartment), fits queen bed and furniture, and has a large closet for storage.
About the roommate: Female professional in her mid-20's, enjoys hanging out and going to brunch, but doesn't bring the party home. Generally isn't home, so you'll have the apartment to yourself most of the time!
About you: Age 23-30, working professional, similar mindset in regards to lifestyle and guests (notify roommates in advance) and no smoking in the apartment. Would love to find someone who would occasionally want to hang out, but not necessary.
To move in: 1 month+security.
