Hi :) I’m looking to fill an open room in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Lenox Hill / Upper East Side. Available immediately for a 1 year lease, but flexible on start date. Rent is $2500, and would prefer a female roommate!

➡️ The room — you'll have a full floor to yourself with a private bathroom, lots of natural light, 2 closets, a bedroom that fits a queen-sized bed, desk, and other furniture.

➡️ The apartment — dishwasher, laundry in-building, elevator, live-in super, central AC, lots of natural light, balcony, newly renovated, super quiet, and in a great location - close to Central Park, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, many gyms and supermarkets, restaurants and bars, and the QNRW, 456, F and E lines.

➡️ About me — I'm a UX Designer in tech and work from home about 3 days a week. I love working out, doing different hobbies (run club, volleyball, dance, etc), spending time with friends, exploring the city, and traveling. I'm also clean, considerate, and communicative. I've had lots of roommates throughout the years and have been good friends with all of them, so super down to do that again or just cohabitate!

I also don't host too often - I see my home as quiet place to relax so would prefer a roommate who's the same (although very down to host smaller things like game nights and dinners)!
