Miles P - $2,500/month

Hi I'm Miles. I'm 26 and I'm finishing up my first of 2 years as a graduate student at Hunter College where I'm studying education to become a high school math teacher. I'm currently living with my roommate Bharat and we are looking to add a 3rd roommate to rent a 3 bed on a 1 year lease somewhere in Brooklyn. Preferred neighborhoods include Park Slope, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, and Bed Stuy. Budget is also somewhat flexible and we are mainly looking to find a good fit with a roommate personality wise as well as a decent apartment. I am a relatively quiet and easygoing person who generally gets along well with most people who are not rude or intrusive. I am generally clean and well mannered and will not get in your way. It is important that I get along with my roommate and I would ideally like to be friends, but it will not be a problem if we are just friendly as long as we respect each others space and boundaries. My main interests are sports, tv/movies, music, reading, and travel. I am currently living with my family's dog Percy who is very friendly and I may want to continue living with him if you are amenable, although I am willing to discuss this. The only dealbreaker I have is smoking weed inside the apartment.
