Caleb O - $1,800/month

Hello my name is Caleb Olson and I'm looking to rent out a bedroom in my apartment. Currently I'm living in Long Island City right by Queensboro Plaza station. There are a plentiful amount of subway lines including the 7, N, W, R, E, and M. If you choose to walk down to Court Square you can also access the G line to get to Brooklyn.

I work in Television so my schedule can be sporadic at times but for the most part I work the evening broadcasts.

The building is full of amenities, 24 hr security on site, gym, pool, rooftops etc.

For my unit specifically I have a washer and dryer in unit. The kitchen has updated appliances and a spacious area to eat. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen which is helpful when have quite a few dishes to wash.

I'm a quite person, I rarely host an parties or events within the apartment. At the most I'll have two people over at a time.

This a great unit, the floor is very quite and its at the end of the hall which is nice.
