Madeleine B - $2,400/month

Hi! I'm looking for 1-2 roommates to find an apartment together in Lower Manhattan for an August 7-31 move-in. I'm primarily seeking SoHo/NoHo/Nolita, Greenwich, Chinatown and LES. I currently have a 3-bedroom in the East Village which I would be open to renewing but I'm inclined to find another place. My primary focus right now is finding roommate(s) I can live well with!

I'm 23, originally from CA and work in SoHo in office 4 days a week. In my free time I like to go out to eat/drink (I don't cook much on my own), thrift, watch shows, and explore the city. I am always down to find fun things to do together but also enjoy staying in and tend to sleep on the earlier side!

I have chronic pain so ideally I want to find a place no more than 3 flights up with a dishwasher and laundry in building. I care about the aesthetics/lighting of a place so if you are into interior design or don't mind me making choices for the space (cute of course!!) we will get along :) currently a fan of the french/victorian look and mid-century modern. I have some furniture from my current apartment I'm happy to bring with me but also down to shop around!
