The House is located in East Elmhurst, near Junction Boulevard, Astoria Boulevard, and Ditmars Boulevard.
The room is sunny with a closet and two windows on the 2nd floor of a 3 bedroom private home, in a nice and quiet neighborhood.
The House has a large bathroom and there is always plenty of parking available around the house.
I prefer a young professional gentleman, stable, respectful, and considered, someone who is responsible and capable of cleaning up after himself around the shared areas.
