Hi!
A private room is available in a well-maintained elevator building located 5 blocks from the E and F trains and 3 blocks from the LIRR, with an approximately 16-minute commute into the city to Penn Station. The building has on-site laundry. Street parking only.
The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout with a large living room and dining area, plus a dishwasher.
About the bedroom
The bedroom is cozy/smaller in size and is conveniently located next to one of the bathrooms, which functions almost like a semi-private bathroom. The other two roommates primarily use the second bathroom, so this one is rarely shared.
The bedroom includes a private closet with shelving. In addition, the apartment has multiple hallway closets, and one additional closet in the shared area will be reserved exclusively for your storage.
About your roommates
You’ll be sharing the apartment with two professionals (mid-20s to 40s). We’re easygoing, respectful, and open-minded. The apartment is LGBTQ-friendly. Overnight guests are fine as long as everyone is respectful of shared spaces.
What we’re looking for
A chill, respectful individual who keeps shared spaces clean and communicates well.
Rent & utilities
Rent is $1,350, and utilities are included (electricity, gas, and internet).
The apartment also includes a monthly cleaning service covering all shared spaces (both bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and hallway).
We’ll ask for recent pay stubs and references from a previous landlord or roommate as part of the screening process.
