I'm retired and currently traveling quite a bit. My two adult children are in college and living at the house. They work part time jobs including some night shifts.
My son is 19 and working towards a Computer Information Systems degree. He likes to code and video edit. He likes watching movies and good conversations.
My daughter is 23 and studying languages, such as Russian, French, and German. She's adventurous with many interests including snowboarding, bicycling, hiking, working out, etc.
I'm heading to school in Cambridge, UK and then on to more travels in Switzerland and Italy.
We have chickens on the property. There are two cats and a toy poodle. They like people but not necessarily other pets.
There's a vegetable garden, a hot tub, and outdoor grilling and seating in the yard.
We have a young family with a two-year old living in an apartment in the lower part of our house. This is separate from the main home, but we share the yard. The family is pleasant and quiet.
This is a non-smoking and substance free household with a zero tolerance policy.

This is a peaceful home at a quiet dead-end street. The room is in the main home upstairs and has access to the upper outdoor balcony.
The room is furnished with closets, a double bed, and a desk. There's a mini split for heating and cooling if necessary. The bathrooms, the rest of the home and the outdoors are shared.
We have two cats and a dog. There are 3 chickens on the property.
The current roommates are in college and working part-time: 1 male 19 years old, 1 female 23 years old. Another roommate, a female 54 years old, is there part of the year.
There's a family renting unit B of the building. This is separate from the main home. They're sharing the outdoors.
There's free street parking and it can get tight.
