Two roommates, one adult male, works from home doeant socialize much, usually stays in room exceot for meals and occasional socializing for a movie. I, female, am 60 years old, work full time, week days evenings I am pretty sedate and go to bed early. Weekends occassionally out for the day, spend time in the living area. Roommate wanted to share a three bedroom townhouse. Room for rent is master bedroom with private bathroom and balcony. Off street parking. Will need to submit an application and fee for apartment complex. $300 cleaning deposit. $800 Rent plus electric. Water, sewer, garbage included. Internet is not included.
