Hi! I am renting a 2-bedroom apartment and am lookingfora long-term roommate. You'd have your own room and bathroom, as well as shared kitchen, living room, and patio spaces. The apartment is all electric (doesn't use gas at all), and has washer and dryer hookups in the unit.
I would prefer a female roommate and someone who is okay with my cat, as well as my social anxiety, which makes me quiet a lot of the time. I work full time in addition to going to school, so I would appreciate someone in a similar situation. There is also only one assigned parking spot for the unit, which I would like to keep for myself if possible, but this is negotiable for the right person.
I have about 3 months left on my lease as of now, but I plan to renew and stay in this apartment for at least 2 more years until I'm done with school and have a better job. I'm looking for someone who will pay half of rent and all utilities during that time. Monthly rent for the whole apartment is currently $1475.00; water and sewer is usually between $75-$100, and trash about $20. Electricity is usually between $75-$150, depending on usage, and internet is $60. Again, you would be responsible for half of these costs, which I estimate will be a total of $902.50 until the lease is renewed for the next year.
