I definitely would love to find a roommate that I get along with very well, and would be interested in us making a nice home-y space together. I don't have any pets, but I love animals so if you do have pets that's not a problem (as long as they're trained). I would have friends over occasionally and my partner would visit as well, but I am not planning on having tons of strangers (to you) in the apartment on a regular basis, and am looking for someone that would treat the shared spaces similarly.
