Chelsea R - $1,500/month

Hi! I'm Chelsea. I lived on the UES for three years before moving back to NJ for a bit, but am looking to move back to NY. I'd prefer Brooklyn, but am open to Manhattan, and possibly Astoria or LIC. I freelance in sports television, so my schedule is different week to week, but am usually out of the house from 2p-11pm on work days.

In my free time I enjoy concerts, working out, thrifting, TV & movies, reading, getting outside, social activism, hanging with friends, going out to eat, and trying to be a better cook. Not a big drinker anymore, but enjoy the occasional bev, and still like to go out to bars/go dancing and being social. 420 friendly, but would keep it to my room or outside, if you prefer. I like my home to be a relatively quiet, clean, relaxing space to come back to.

I would enjoy having the occasional guest or small get-together with friends, but would clear any company I plan on having with a roommate beforehand. I value alone time, but I'm looking for a roommate I can get along and chill with sometimes. If we become close friends, even better, but it's not a requirement. I adore animals, so if you have a pet(s), I'd love that! I wouldn't be coming with any pets of my own, though I am interested in getting a cat or small dog sometime in the future, but it's not a dealbreaker if you prefer the apartment be pet-free.
