Hi there! My name is Patrick, I am 23 y/o, currently living on the Upper West Side, and I am in need of a new place to live by January 1. I need both a place to live and roommates. Max budget is $1500. I am a clean, fun roommate, who is also in graduate school at Fordham while also working two part-time jobs and workout 6 times a week, so I stay very busy. I cook occasionally, and am generally a quiet roommate. Open to house guests. I am looking to stay anywhere on the west side, preferably close to the 1 or 1/2/3 train.
