I’m moving to NYC in late January/early February. I work remotely in marketing and need a peaceful, tidy space where I can occasionally work from home, though I’m often out and about. Outside of work, I stay active with creative projects, yoga, pilates, and running, and I’m interested in art, design, and café culture. I lean toward a minimalist style and appreciate a well-kept, clean environment. Ideally, I’d love roommates who enjoy friendly interactions and the occasional social moment but are equally comfortable with independence and personal space.
