Looking for a Roomate to Occupy Loft

Hello!

I live in a beautiful old bank building converted into a condo, and im looking to rent out the loft. (Also have a parking space that can be rented in addition)

The building is convieniently located 3-5 min walk to Grove St PATH and Exchange Place PATH in the Paulus Hook neighborhood. The loft itself is spacious and has a ton of closet space. The apartment is full of character and cozy.

Im a 30 year old working professional whos often in and out of the apartment. Im easy going and very laid back, im clean and expect the common areas to be kept well too. I like working out, cooking, traveling, brunching, and exploring all that Jersey City has to offer!
