hi! looking for a long-term room/lease starting august 1.

i'm a tidy, responsible roommate who is as happy to be social as i am to keep to myself. i'm into exploring the city, grabbing dinner/drinks, plants, cooking, etc. i have an occasional friend over but will definitely leave the apartment more often than inviting others to it.

i have a hybrid work schedule but mostly work from home (happy to work at a coffee shop some days if you want some space!)

open to living with dogs/other pets but i'm unfortunately allergic to cats :(
