I’m a history teacher and getting my master’s degree in education. I’ll be working full-time/ in person at a school with a bit of a commute so I’ll be out of the house a fair amount weekdays.

I’m pretty social but I am very much a fan of respecting personal boundaries, so if your vibe is more quiet, no biggie. I don't envision myself having friends over every night, but I do like hosting sometimes (I'll always ask in advance) and generally chilling.

My roommate and I are both moving from out of New York, so we don't have a ton of furniture and would like someone who's open to curating our home with us and splitting some of those costs. We're pretty clean and prefer someone who is as well. Our top priority is solid communication!
