Currently living in New Orleans. My lease is up 7/31/24 but if I find something sooner I'm open to moving in mid-July. I am moving to NYC for a one-year fellowship at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I would love something in the UES within walking distance to the Met, but am open to anything in Harlem as well.

I have one dog and one cat, both socialized and good with other animals. My dog Oakley is a Husky-Retriever mix who has always lived in apartments and is incredibly friendly, and my cat Willow is a tortoiseshell who loves making friends and talking to them.

I am an introvert and keep a relatively clean space-- not obsessive about cleanliness but I do keep to a steady cleaning schedule.

I'm looking for a roommate who also wants a quiet, relaxed living space where we can read books of all types, grow plants, drink tea and coffee, swap stories, and have good conversation between ourselves and with friends.
